Supplementary support is always available through our service partners worldwide and from the service agency networks of our associated equipment suppliers.

We can offer prompt on-board service attendance and in addition our technicians are available for trouble-shooting advice when actual attendance is unnecessary or not possible because of cost.

Marel maintains a continuous programme of engineer training with our principals so that the highest quality service interventions can be achieved. Over the years we have built up an extensive database of actual service experience in the field so that new engineers can immediately benefit from in-house induction training. 

Marel currently has official certification from the following organisations - ABS, DNV, BV, GL, Lloyds, Hellenic and Korean Registers.
